Tone of voice coaching made everyday communication easier
Public procurement involves a lot of communication before and during the contract period, and it can be quite complex. We continuously develop our communication skills and the comprehensibility of our messages. In 2025, we participated in tone of voice training.
AI clubs brought artificial intelligence closer to daily work
In autumn 2025, Hansel decided to increase the understanding of all employees about how AI can be used in practical work and to make work more efficient. AI clubs explored use cases and experiments presented by colleagues.
Both trainees and old-timers learn new things
Both a university trainee and a specialist with a 45-year career find it inspiring to be able to learn new things all the time at Hansel. One of them looks at public procurement from the point of view of analytics, the other from the point of view of competitive tendering.
Unforgettable moments at the Hansel Club
In 2025, the Hansel Club offered our employees a wide range of recreational activities and time together. Events of the Club offered the opportunity to relax, meet new people and develop the team spirit.
Hansel’s collective agreement and remuneration scheme
The collective agreement for Hansel employees is between Hansel and the Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff YTN. The new agreement entered into force on 30 May 2025.
